Originally operating out of East Africa and Australia, Epsilar was established by Fiachra Kearney as a specialised security and information collection company, providing services in Africa, South East Asia and the Middle East.
Epsilar has provided sophisticated security and information services in challenging environments. Security includes counter-assault training for individuals and groups, counter vehicle-assault, and close protection in complex operating environments. For several years the company ran in-depth security for human rights and environmental activists facing severe threats. Over the years Epsilar has worked closely with institutes, individuals and NGOs including the Goldman Environmental Foundation, IUCN NL, Oak Foundation, McCain Institute, WRI, and others.
We provided contract, on-ground information services to the US and UK governments.
Now, Epsilar is focused on providing seminars and training in Australia. The courses are the culmination of many years applied threat management, with physical techniques from martial arts and close quarter combat. We maintain our networks overseas and in professional security and other areas and engage with those networks for additional support as required.
